The key personnel identified in this submittal are committed to perform the required tasks throughout the duration of this contract. DMJM Harris offers the city a strong project manager, Greg Hefter, PE, who brings to the project his extensive program management experience on similar projects, including managing the current on -call contract with the City of Santa Ana. Mr. Hefter has over 20 years of experience. As the single point of contact, he will establish the lines of communication and assist in mobilizing the resources to implement this project. • Directly relevant capabilities and experience. The DMJM Harris team has direct experience working for the City of Santa Ana through our previous on -call contracts with involvement in over 40 projects, including continued storm water program support, since 2000. • Staffing Capabilities. DMJM Harris is a full -service multidisciplinary engineering firm with over 300 personnel located locally. This depth of staff provides the ability to react quickly to the City's needs as well as handle multiple task orders concurrently • Commitment.
