He has 13 years of experience in civil engineering and project- <br />management experience, particularly in the area of public works. He is frequently recognized by clients for his <br />responsiveness and commitment. Recently, the City of Murrieta's Project Manager for the 1.215/Los Alamos Road <br />PS&E stated, "The City was very please with Jeffs performance. He was responsive to our needs on the project and <br />successfully coordinated interactions among City staff. I appreciate his attention to project details and his personal <br />commitment to meeting project-deliverable milestones." Jeff s prior experience on the Cornerstone Village (Minnie <br />Street) and other City projects makes him particularly well suited to lead our team.
