The purpose of this work effort is to
revise the Traffic Impact Analysis based on comments provided by Caltrans on June 17,
2008 and provide additional detail on the expanded work efforts performed by Urban
Crossroads in support of the project.
The following scope of work describes the extra tasks that have already been completed
as well as the additional work effort needed to revise the traffic study to satisfy Caltrans
comments dated June 17, 2008.
The proposed additional cost includes only those tasks that are required to update the
traffic impact analysis and does not take into account any earlier work efforts that were
performed at the expense of Urban Crossroads for the benefit of the project.
SCOPE OF ADDITIONAL WORK
The following scope of work represents the additional services necessary to complete
this project:
Task 1: Field Survey of Existing Transportation Facilities $0
Original Scope: Conduct a field survey of the existing transportation facilities within the
study area.
