As part of the program's <br />curriculum, Youth Leadership Teams will be formed to review study and participate on community/organizational projects <br />and/or programs. Rewards will be two fold: apply their newled learned leadership skills and the enriched experience of <br />volunteer work for their City of Santa Ana. <br />Academic Scholarships: Latino Students will be awarded academic scholarships.Required volunteerism hours will be <br />monitored. <br />A Latino Youth Leadership Experience: Participants will form leadership teams and be assigned community projects to <br />review and study issues/resolutions as well as identifying how they as "volunteer leaders' can contribute. <br />FORMS: <br />Leadership In Action Application and a HUD Current 2007 Income Guidelines as published by HUD Intake Form <br />Exhibit A-1 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
