Noted that the Council considered two important matters tonight <br />including the proposed new YMCA facility and the approval of a <br />cooperative agreement for extended library hours with the Santa <br />Ana Unified School District. <br /> <br />Mavor Pulido <br />· Thanked the Police Department for their work last week at Bishop <br />Manor and noted that the Department's partnership with federal <br />authorities is very strong. <br />· Also noted that the City is working on many more joint use <br />projects with other governmental agencies. <br />· Asked staff to look into how the City can be more innovative and <br />proactive in working with the judges related to graffiti activity in the <br />community. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT - 7:38 p.m. <br /> <br />Patricia E.
