Reimbursables are invoiced separately at cost plus 10%.) <br />Task 06 - Fountain #1 Assessment $ 4,000 <br />Renovation of Fountain #1 will include management and administration of the Fountain #1 Renovation. <br />PACE will provide an assessment report to determine the existing conditions of Fountain #1 equipment <br />and fittings to include the following: <br />• Waterproofing <br />• Nozzles <br />• Piping <br />• Chemistry control & delivery <br />• Pump <br />• Filtration <br />• Materials <br />• Lighting <br />This report will help the City of Santa Ana to determine the necessary areas of the fountain that need <br />repair or replacement. <br />Task 07 -Fountain #1 Construction Documents $ 16,900 <br />Fountain #1 Construction Documents will incorporate the City of Santa Ana's decision for the final <br />renovation design.
