The lowest <br />bid was submitted by All American Asphalt for $252,000, which is below <br />the Engineer's estimate of $255,000. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed <br />project is exempt from further review. Categorical Exemption ER #2008- <br />233 will be filed for this project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$307,700, for the project (Exhibit 2).
