The lowest <br />bid was submitted by RJ Bullard Construction, Inc. for $464,300, which <br />is below the Engineer's estimate of $500,260. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, Categorical <br />Exemption ER No. 2005-176 has been approved and filed for the project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$581,600 for the project (Exhibit 2).
