The lowest <br />bid was submitted by HYM Engineering, Inc. for $110,715, which is below <br />the Engineer's estimate of $118,875. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, Categorical <br />Exemption ER No. 2005-177 has been approved and filed for the project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$163,023 for the project (Exhibit 2).
