Result in inadequate parking capacity <br />No Impact <br />Approval of the proposed general plan amendments would not <br />result in the development of any land uses or result in any <br />activities that would increase the demand for parking in the <br />City. Therefore, approval of the proposed general plan element <br />amendments would not result in adverse parking impacts. <br />C. Result in a change in air traffic patterns, including <br />either an increase in traffic levels or a change in <br />location that results in substantial safety risks? <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br />The proposed general plan element amendments would establish <br />policies and noise standards to bring the City's General Plan <br />into consistency with the Airport Environs Land Use Plan for <br />John Wayne Airport. The proposed amendments would not result in <br />any changes in air traffic patterns that would increase safety <br />risks in the City. <br />XVI. UTILITIES <br />B. Require or result in the construction of new water or <br />wastewater treatment facilities or expansion of existing <br />facilities, the construction of which could cause <br />significant environmental effects? <br />A. Exceed wastewater treatment requirements of the applicable <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board? <br />D. Are sufficient water supplies available to serve the <br />project from existing entitlements and resources or are new <br />or expanded entitlements needed? <br />E.
