CONCESSIONAIRE agrees to use methods established by CITY's Executive Director of <br />Finance and Management Services and CITY's Executive Director of Parks, Recreation <br />and Community Services for preparation and submitting of gross financial statements. <br />Additionally, CONCESSIONAIRE shall submit a year-end financial report, which <br />outlines income and expenses for the zoo concession. The year-end report must include <br />an auditor's opinion from a certified public accountant, which indicates that the <br />statements fairly present the financial position, and results of zoo concession operations, <br />in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. This year-end report shall <br />be submitted within 90 days of completion of the CONCESSIONAIRE's fiscal year. <br />CITY reserves the right to undertake periodic audits of CONCESSIONAIRE's financial <br />source documents concerning the zoo concession, at any time during the <br />CONCESSIONAIRE's normal business hours. <br />L. CONCESSIONAIRE agrees to submit to CITY's Executive Director of Parks, Recreation <br />and Community Services, prior to change of prices for items sold, a complete list of items <br />being sold, and the proposed price change. No such change of price shall be <br />implemented unless and until approved by CITY's Executive Director of Parks, <br />Recreation and Community Services, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld. <br />M. CONCESSIONAIRE agrees to perform all services as set forth hereinabove in an <br />efficient, courteous manner and to maintain facilities provided in the same condition as <br />they are received. <br />N. CONCESSIONAIRE agrees to be responsible for depositing all trash generated inside <br />any concession stand, kitchen, preparation area or storage area, in the large dumpster <br />containers CITY will provide for said use, and will not permit use of small trash <br />containers placed for general public use, for this purpose. <br />0. CONCESSIONAIRE agrees to provide catering to rental areas within the zoo only with <br />the approval of the Executive Director of the Parks. Recreation and Community Services <br />Agency. <br />P. CONCESSIONAIRE agrees to meet with CITY regularly to discuss operations, zoo <br />market, menu, promotions and the like. <br />
