The After Action <br />Report from this exercise will provide a blueprint for the continued <br />development of the plan, or possibly a draft forensic mutual aid plan. <br />Cost: $22,500 <br />F. Golden Guardian Functional Exercise. Support for the Golden Guardian <br />Exercise will be provided through completion of the following items: <br />1) Provide exercise description content for Ready OC <br />2) Develop 4 press releases, but no press kit. <br />3) Develop speaking points for Sheriff, CEO, and elected officials <br />4) Develop OC specific GG08 PowerPoint overview <br />5) Develop a baseline scenario <br />6) Develop an exercise plan (EXPLAN) and produce 50 copies. <br />7) Develop a controller/evaluator manual (CE Manual) and produce 50 <br />copies. Note: Evaluation criteria for Level 3 participants will be <br />provided. <br />8) Produce badges for all types of exercise participants not to exceed 1,000. <br />9) Provide controller/evaluator and Simulation Cell (SIMCELL) training. <br />10) Facilitate Mid -Planning Conference <br />11) Facilitate two Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) conference <br />meetings and participate in the State MSEL conference if required. <br />12) Produce a MSEL to support 4 hours of Functional Exercise play. <br />13) Produce two simulated Newscasts in DVD format and distribute in <br />sufficient quantity to support one copy to each exercising <br />jurisdiction/agency. <br />14) Participate in or facilitate (if requested) all exercise planning meetings, <br />which includes the final planning conference and after -action <br />conferences. <br />15) Develop one After Action Report (AAR) with Powerpoint Presentation for <br />the Functional Exercise by 12/24/08. <br />16) Provide 13 controllers or evaluators to support Level 3 EOCs only. <br />17) Provide 5 facilitators to support the Functional Exercise. <br />Cost: $110,976 <br />G. Golden Guardian Recovery Seminar. Support for the Golden Guardian <br />Exercise will be provided through completion of the following items: <br />1 } Facilitate/participate in planning meetings to support seminar <br />development. <br />2) Coordinate the delivery of informational presentations and provide <br />funding for up to three guest speakers not to exceed $3,000 per <br />speaker. <br />3) Develop a seminar manual and produce 150 copies. <br />4) Produce 150 participant badges. <br />5) Provide the exercise venue, multimedia equipment, parking, and <br />food/beverages for 150 exercise participants. <br />6) Conduct exercise registration. <br />7) Provide one lead facilitator and personnel to conduct registration. <br />8) Develop one seminar report with PPT for the seminar by 12/24/08. <br />Cost: $42,522 <br />
