Conditions for Approval for Conditional Use Permit No. 2008-34 <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2008-34 is approved subject to compliance to the <br />reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of <br />the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the California <br />Building Standards Code, and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below rip or to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use permit. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout <br />the life of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with each and every <br />condition may result in revocation of the conditional use permit. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. Comply with all conditions and requirements from the Development <br />Review Committee (DRC) for the development project (DP 06-46). <br />2. Any amendment to this conditional use permit must be submitted to <br />the Planning Division for review. At that time, staff will determine if <br />administrative relief is available or the conditional use permit must <br />be amended. <br />3. The buildings shall be of constructed with quality and durable <br />exterior materials as shown on the architectural plans, material <br />boards and material specifications submitted for this project. <br />4. Prior to issuance of building permits, the interior building amenities <br />shall be submitted for review by the Planning Division and shall be at <br />the same or higher level of quality as the Nexus residential tower <br />(CUP 2005-10) and City Place live-work lofts (CUP 2004-28). The <br />amenity package submitted for review shall include but not be limited <br />to flooring, staircase railings, doors and hardware, kitchen <br />appliances and cabinetry, dual bowl sinks and fixtures, the walls, <br />tiled shower enclosures and kitchen countertops of stone the or <br />stone slab, or their equivalent. At minimum they will include a <br />product line for the appliances requiring the equivalent or higher <br />grade, all cabinets be of a stain grade, the use of smooth wall and <br />ceiling interior drywall finish and washers and dryers in each <br />residential unit. <br />5.
