Ensure the ReadyOC site has been placed into production in consultation with <br />Westbound and in accordance with the Project Schedule. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete when ReadyOC is placed into production. <br />Task 2: Marketing Plan <br />Objective: Develop a 12 month marketing plan for ReadyOC . <br />Task Description: <br />Westbound in cooperation with Santa Ana and associated stakeholders will design and provide a <br />12 month marketing plan for ReadyOC to Santa Ana <br />Responsibilities: <br />Westbound shall: <br />a. Provide subject matter experts in the design of a marketing plan. <br />b. Offer options regarding possible marketing strategies. <br />c. Document the marketing plan and submit to Santa Ana for approval. <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Provide stakeholders, as needed, to Westbound for concept incorporation into marketing <br />plan. <br />b. Following review accept the 12 month marketing plan and alert Westbound of its <br />acceptance. <br />25E-25 <br />
