This task is considered complete upon the deployment of advertising and event marketing as per <br />the Marketing Plan and/or agreed upon departures. <br />Task 6: Publicity <br />Objective: Westbound will provide professional publicity services to Santa Ana. <br />Task Description: <br />Westbound will utilize the Marketing Plan to provide Santa Ana and ReadyOC stakeholders with <br />publicity expertise and products directly related to publicizing the ReadyOC web presence <br />Responsibilities: <br />Westbound shall provide Santa Ana with <br />a. ReadyOC Press Releases and concept "Pitching" expertise <br />1. Write and distribute up to 6 releases; includes outreach to all appropriate OC <br />print/broadcast media. <br />b. ReadyOC By-Lined Articles <br />1. Write and place up to 4 by-lined articles from ROC representatives. <br />c. Media Spokespersons On-Camera Training Session <br />1. One half-day training for 2-3 selected ROC media spokespersons. <br />d. ReadyOC Feature Story Pitching <br />1. Develop, pitch and secure up to 6 different stories related to ROC/emergency <br />preparedness. <br />e. ReadyOC Monthly Media Management, Monitoring & Evaluation <br />1. Monthly monitoring of all media, including clips and coverage analysis. <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Provide subject matter experts to attend described training. <br />b. Engage in all training opportunities. <br />c. Work with Westbound to approve all media related activities. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />25E-29 <br />
