Responses to <br />Environmental Checklist <br />For CEQA Compliance <br />No Impact <br />Approval of the proposed ordinance would not increase the use of any recreational facilities or result in <br />the significant need for additional recreational facilities, in that the proposed ordinance would not involve <br />any activities that would increase the demands for recreational facilities. No adverse impacts to <br />recreation facilities would be associated with the approval of proposed ordinance. <br />TRANSPORTATION/TRAFFIC <br />A. Cause an increase in traffic, which is substantial in relation to the existing traffic load and <br />capacity of the street system? <br />B. Exceed, either individually or cumulatively, a level of service standard established by the <br />county congestion management agency for designated roads or highways? <br />C. Result in a change in air traffic patterns, including either an increase in traffic levels or a <br />change in location that results insubstantial safety risks? <br />D. Substantially increase hazards to a design feature <br />E. Result in inadequate emergency access <br />F. Result in inadequate parking capacity <br />G. Conflict with adopted policies supporting alternative transportation <br />No Impact <br />Approval of the proposed amendment to the Municipal Code to establish an ordinance for the regulation <br />of massage establishments and massage technician permits would not have an impact on traffic <br />volumes, roadway configurations, parking capacities, emergency access or level of services established <br />in the County of Orange Congestion Management Plan, in that the proposed ordinance would not involve <br />any activities that would generate additional traffic or parking needs. Through the land-use certificate and <br />conditional use permit process, future massage establishments implemented under the proposed <br />ordinance would be evaluated for potential traffic, circulation and parking impacts. <br />UTILITIES/SERVICE SYSTEMS <br />A. Exceed wastewater treatment requirements of the applicable Regional Water Quality <br />Control Board? <br />B. Require or result in the construction of new water or wastewater treatment facilities or <br />expansion of existing facilities, the construction of which could cause significant <br />environmental effects? <br />C. Require or result in the construction of new storm water drainage facilities or expansion <br />of existing facilities, the construction of which could cause significant environmental <br />effects? <br />D. Are sufficient water supplies available to serve the project from existing entitlements and <br />resources or are new or expanded entitlements needed? <br />E. Result in the determination by the wastewater treatment provider, which serves or may <br />serve the project that it has adequate capacity to serve the project's projected demand in <br />addition to the providers existing commitments. <br />F. Is the project served by a landfill with sufficient permitted capacity to accommodate the <br />project's solid waste disposal needs? <br />G. Comply with federal, state and local statutes and regulations related to solid waste? <br />75C-62 I t <br />
