Security systems services <br />(18) Clinic, Urgent Care: A facility other than a hospital where medical, mental <br />health, surgical or other personal health services are provided on an outpatient <br />basis, including incidental medical laboratories. Examples of these uses include: <br />a. mMedical offices with five or more licensed practitioners or medical <br />specialties <br />b. oOut-patient care facilities, urgent care facilities. <br />c. Counseling services by other than medical doctors or psychiatrists are <br />included under "Offices - Professional/Administrative." <br />19 Community Assembly: Group gatherings conducted indoors such as <br />synagogues, mosques, temples, churches, community centers, bingo halls, private <br />clubs, fraternal, philanthropic and charitable organizations and lodges. <br />20 Commercial Recreation Facility - Indoor: Establishments providing indoor <br />amusement and entertainment services for a fee or admission charge, including: <br />a. Bowling alleys, tossing or throwing games, indoor sports <br />b. Coin -operated amusement arcades <br />c. Electronic game arcades (video games, etc.), <br />d. Pool, billiards, escape room, mystery games <br />e. Skating sports (ice, roller, board) <br />This use does not include adult businesses. Four or more electronic games or coin - <br />operated amusements in any establishment, or a premises where 50 percent or <br />more of the floor area is occupied by amusement devices, are considered an <br />electronic game arcade as described above; three or fewer machines are not <br />considered a land use separate from the primary use of the site. <br />Ancillary uses including meeting rooms, snack bars, and equipment rental or sales <br />are permitted within an indoor recreation facility, provided that the gross floor area <br />of the ancillary use does not exceed twenty percent (20%). Ancillary uses shall <br />operate in conjunction with the primary recreation use, and shall maintain the same <br />or fewer hours of operation. <br />Commercial Frontage: The non-residential frontage of a building. Non- <br />residential activities subject to city approval are allowed within this space, which <br />must be at least 25 feet in depth.
