attendees and invitees. The Consultant shall identify any additional <br />meetings as they deem necessary. <br />3. Progress Reporting -Progress reports shall be submitted at monthly <br />intervals, indicating progress achieved during the reporting period in <br />relation to the progress scheduled. The Consultant shall provide the <br />City with two (2) copies of the progress report at least four (4) working <br />days before the PDT. <br />4. Project Schedule -The Consultant shall prepare the project schedule <br />in Microsoft Project format utilizing the Caltrans Work Breakdown <br />Structure (WBS). The project schedule shall be updated on a regular <br />basis and distributed at the PDT meetings. The project schedule <br />should break the tasks and subtasks into WBS Level 7 details. <br />B. Permits <br />The Consultant shall be responsible for securing Caltrans encroachment <br />permit for all field studies, such as surveying and geotechnical activities. <br />The Consultant shall be responsible for securing any additional required <br />permit from other agencies. <br />C. Research & Data Collection <br />The Consultant shall research and collect information related to the project <br />site, including existing field conditions, as-built plans and record drawings, <br />agreements, right-of-way data, and all future improvement plans adjacent <br />to or affecting the project site to accurately layout all underground <br />improvements, easements, station lines, right-of-way limits and private <br />property lines. The Consultant shall be responsible for the coordination <br />with utilities agencies to obtain all necessary existing and proposed <br />facilities within the affected areas. The Consultant shall coordinate with <br />OCTA for the compatibility between this project and the SR-55 Widening <br />Project. <br />D. Environmental <br />The Consultant shall be responsible for the review and determination of <br />whether the environmental assessment in the EIR/EA and PR remains <br />valid. The Consultant shall coordinate with Caltrans District 12 to <br />determine the necessary process to update the data and prepare <br />applicable documents to ensure that the environmental assessment <br />comply with Caltrans requirements. <br />8 <br />25D-34 <br />
