The lowest <br />bid was submitted by Beador Construction Company Inc., for $2,414,300, <br />which is above the Engineer's estimate of $1,798,163. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />Environmental Review Nos. 2009-2 and 2009-3 have been completed and <br />categorical Exemptions will be filed for the Project pursuant to the <br />California Environmental Quality Act. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$3,017,800 for the project {Exhibit 2.)
