Riverside $83,300.00 <br />A total of eight bids were received and all were responsive . The lowest <br />bid was submitted by Econolite Traffic Engineering & Maintenance for <br />$29,860 which is below the engineer's estimate of $64,000. The low bid <br />amount is attributed to a highly competitive market as demonstrated by <br />the large number of bidders. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed <br />project is exempt from further review. Categorical Exemption ER No. 2009- <br />55 will be filed for this project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of $80,000 <br />for the project (Exhibit 1). Funds are available in the Measure M Street <br />Construction Fund (account no. 32-551-6631), Transportation System <br />Improvement Area B Fund (account no. 33-631-6631), and Transportation <br />System Improvement Area E Fund (account no. 34-631-6631). <br /> <br />James G.
