Noble Company, for $593,867.90, which is <br />below the Engineer's estimate of $775,000. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />recommended action is exempt from further review. Categorical Exemption <br />Environmental Review No. 2009-37 was filed for this project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$831,380 for the project (Exhibit 2).
