CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />2009-2010 ANNUAL A[T10N PLAN <br />FOSTER AND MAINTAIN ASSISTED HOUSING /MPROVEMENTS AND INITIATIVES <br />The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana does not operate public housing - it only <br />provides Housing Choice Voucher rental assistance. <br />The Housing Authority is required to prepare afive-year and one-year plan that highlight its <br />mission, goals and objectives as it relates to the Housing Choice Voucher program. The <br />.2E <br />Authority's plan. was prepared in conjunction with the City's.',.Consolidated Plan. Both <br />s ms's ~~t <br />documents contain references to programs that may offer~mutUal~support to meeting <br />respective Plan objectives. The genesis of the project results from the College District receiving land <br />from the City to develop this business incubator.
