Given Nexus' <br />involvement in the rental of the project, it is expected that the rental <br />component of the Skyline Towers will also be successful. It is also <br />expected that Integral will continue to be actively involved in the <br />project and will maintain the units at the highest levels. <br />Additional conditions of approval have been added to ensure the projects <br />remain of highest quality. Therefore, staff recommends that the <br />Planning Commission recommend that the City Council approve the <br />Amendment to Development Agreement No. 2005-02 and the Amendments to <br />Conditional Use Permit Nos. 2005-10 and 2005-15 as conditioned (Exhibits <br />5 through 8 ) . <br />75A-6 <br />
