Result in inadequate emergency access <br />No Impact <br />As part of the City's development review process, the proposed project was reviewed by the Police <br />Department and the Fire Department to ensure adequate emergency access. No adverse emergency <br />access impacts would be associated with the proposed project. <br />F. Result in inadequate parking capacity <br />No Impact <br />The project's parking requirement, based on the City of Santa Ana parking code is 36 parking stalls. The <br />project would provide 36 parking stalls; therefore the project complies with the City's parking requirement. <br />No adverse parking impacts would be associated with the proposed project. <br />G. Conflict with adopted policies supporting alternative transportation <br />No Impact <br />The proposed project would not be in conflict with any City policies regarding alternative modes of <br />transportation. Nor would implementation of the proposed project displace any existing modes of public <br />transportation provided within the project area. <br />XVI. Utilities and Service Systems <br />A. Result in the determination by the wastewater treatment provider, which serves or may <br />serve the project that it has adequate capacity to serve the project's projected demand in <br />addition to the providers existing commitments. <br />No Impact <br />The Orange County Sanitation District (OCSD) is responsible for collecting, treating, and disposing of the <br />wastewater generated by 2.5 million people living in a 470 square-mile area of central and northwest <br />Orange County. The wastewater generated in the project area is transported to, and treated at, OCSD's <br />Reclamation Plant No. 1, in the City of Fountain Valley. This plant has a design capacity of 180 million <br />gallons per day (mgd). If Plant No. 1 is operating at capacity, sewage is diverted to Treatment Plant No. 2 <br />75A-55 <br />
