Agreements for Park Landscape Maintenance <br />May 18, 2009 <br />Page 3 <br />An additional $13,056 is included for unanticipated work, resulting in a <br />total annual contract amount of $274,176. <br />Lastly, the City proposes to enter into a one-year agreement with <br />Mariposa Landscapes, with four one-year renewal options, for the <br />maintenance of District 3.
