(No Substantial Change from <br />Previous Analysis) <br />The EIR addressed traffic impacts to surrounding streets and freeways. Mitigation measures were <br />included to reduce impacts. Fair share contributions towards proposed improvements will reduce <br />impacts to a less than significant level. The proposed project will result in fewer daily trips than the <br />project as analyzed in the EIR, and no new or more significant impacts will occur.
