AUDIT REPORT <br />Upon completion of the above inspection, a summary of the findings shall be provided to the <br />Facilities Maintenance Superintendent. This report shall include detailed system background <br />information and a detailed list of the equipment inspected and tested. The report shall include <br />audibility and visual tests of all signaling devices. <br />If any repairs are required they shall be listed in the report. Upon owner request the Company <br />shall provide budget for any repair work. <br />All reports in this section shall comply with NFPA 72. Payment of services will not be processed <br />until this report is submitted in a timely manner and signed off by the Facilities Maintenance <br />Superintendent. <br />Rev: 3/27/2009 <br />25E-15 <br />
