B. HOLIDAYS <br />Holidays shall be those designated by the City of Santa Ana: <br />New Yeaz's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, <br />Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after <br />Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Holidays falling on <br />weekend days may affect the observance day for, the holiday. <br />C. ROUTINE SERVICES PERFORMANCE STANDARDS <br />A. CLEAN AND DISINFECT DRINKING FOUNTAINS AND SINKS <br />Use a spray bottle of germicidal detergent solution, sponge or cloth, small <br />percolator brush, abrasive pad or lotion cleanser to remove all obvious soil, <br />y streaks, smudges, etc., from the including the spouts and drain. After cleaning <br />and disinfection, the entire drinking fountain and/or sink (sink refers to all sinks <br />=, in coffee rooms or lounges) shall be free of streaks, stains, spots, smudges, <br />scale, and other removable soil. Oil is not to be used to polish metal fixtures. <br />B. CLEAN AND DISINFECT WASH BASINS, TOILETS AND URINAI-S - <br />Use a spray bottle, to apply germicidal detergent solution to all surfaces of <br />washbasin, toilets, toilet seat hinges, pipes, urinals, showers and adjacent <br />surfaces.
