CLEAN ENTRANCE MATS <br />Use a wet/dry tank vacuum to remove moisture and a carpet vacuum to remove <br />dry soil from carpeted type entrance mats. Noncarpeted-type entrance mats <br />shall be cleaned by shaking, hosing with water and/or vacuuming. <br />D. CLEAN AND REFII-L FLOOR DRAINS <br />Use a small stiff bri~lPbo~ s lution of geormacidal detergent down t e floorove <br />corrosion and tarms <br />drain to fill the drain trap to prevent the escape of sewer gas. <br />E. COMPLETELY VACUUM CARPET <br />Use a carpet vacuum to remove visible and hidden soil and debris from the carpet <br />surface and from within the carpet pile. Chairs, trash receptacles and other such <br />items shall be tilted or moved where necessary to vacuum. After completely <br />vacuuming, the carpet shall be free of all visible soil and litter and all soil which <br />can be removed from the carpet pile. <br />All areas should be vacuumed with adual-motor vacuum should have a 3500- g <br />system for cleaner air discharged (3 microns).
