Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2009-11 as <br />conditioned. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Request of Applicant <br />The Wintersburg Presbyterian Church is requesting approval of <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2009-11 to permit an existing church as well <br />as allow an expansion of the church at 2000 North Fairview Street. <br />Specifically, the applicant is requesting approval per Section 41- <br />201.5(1), which requires a conditional use permit for churches in the <br />General Agriculture (A1) zoning district. <br />Property Description <br />The subject property is a 4.6 acre parcel located on the west side of <br />Fairview Street between Seventeenth Street and Trask Avenue in the General <br />Agriculture (A1) zoning district. The property was within an <br />unincorporated section of the County until it was annexed to the City in <br />1997. Surrounding land uses include single-family and multi-family <br />residential to the north and south, an intermediate school to the west, <br />and multi-family residential and a vacant health care facility to the east <br />(Exhibits 1 and 2). <br />EXHIBIT A <br />31 A-2 <br />
