Exhibit A <br />2. What is the length of the program? In order for participants to get the full benefit of our <br />program and each component offered, it is recommended that WIA participants commit to at least <br />8 months of training, participation and work experience. <br />3. How often will the WIA participant need to attend the program and how often are <br />specific activities offered (daily/weekly/monthly)? WIA participants will need to attend the <br />program on a weekly basis in order to benefit from the program, however, due to individual <br />special needs, there may be circumstances, which might require more flexibility, in terms of a <br />participants' attendance and activities. The participants will be supported through a variety of <br />(daily/weekly/monthly) activities that will keep them interested and engaged in the program. <br />Please see table one. <br />4. What is the frequency of staff interaction with WIA participants? Will other non-WIA <br />agency staff be providing elements of the program? Please describe. The frequency of staff <br />interaction with WIA participants will vary depending on the services provided and at what stage <br />the participants are in the program. Yes! Other non-WIA agency staff members will also provide <br />elements of the program to the participants.
