On August 3, 2009, a public notice was <br />published in the Orange County Register, La Opinion, and Nguoi Viet News <br />indicating that the draft report would be available for review beginning <br />August 3, 2009. In addition, the draft CAPER was also made available for <br />public review on the City's website. The minimum 15-day public comment <br />period closed at noon on August 18, 2009. The Community Redevelopment <br />and Housing Commission held a public hearing on August 18, 2009, and all <br />comments received are included in the final document which will be <br />submitted to HUD no later than September 30, 2009. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this item. <br />Cynthia J.
