C. AFFORDABLE HOUSING <br />1. PROGRESS IN MEETING SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES FOR PROVIDING AFFORDABLE HOUSING: <br />Respectively, EXHIBIT 3 and EXHIBIT 5 provide overviews of the City's efforts to meet five-year and <br />one-year affordable housing goals. Below, is a summary of specific housing accomplishments <br />during 2008-2009 report period utilizing all available funding sources (i.e., CDBG, HOME, <br />Redevelopment and CalHome).
