subcontractor to begin work. Such proof of insurance must be maintained by SUBRECIPIENT <br />through the entirety of this AGREEMENT for inspection by CITY representative at any reasonable <br />time. SUBRECIPIENT shall be responsible for reimbursement of any deductible to the insurer. <br />Any self-insured retentions (SIRS) or deductibles shall be clearly stated on the Certificate of <br />Insurance. <br />2. SUBRECIPIENT shall maintain insurance acceptable to CITY in full force <br />and effect throughout the term of this AGREEMENT. If SUBRECIPIENT fails to maintain <br />insurance acceptable to CITY for the full term of this AGREEMENT, CITY may terminate this <br />AGREEMENT. <br />3. The policy or policies of insurance must be issued by an insurer licensed to <br />do business in the State of California (California Admitted Carrier). <br />4. SUBRECIPIENT will file with CITY, prior to the commencement of <br />performance of services under this AGREEMENT, an original Certificate of Insurance and all <br />required endorsements evidencing that coverage required by this AGREEMENT is in effect. <br />5. If the carrier is anon-admitted carrier in the State of California, the CITY <br />Attorney retains the right to approve or reject carrier after a review of the company's performance <br />and financial ratings. <br />6. The policy or policies of insurance maintained by SUBRECIPIENT shall <br />provide the minimum limits and coverage as set forth herein below: <br />Coverage <br />Commercial General Liability to <br />include a Broad Form Property <br />Damage Endorsement <br />and Contractual Liability <br />Automobile Liability including coverage for <br />all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles <br />Workers' Compensation <br />Employer's Liability <br />Minimum Limits <br />$1,000,000 combined single limit <br />per occurrence <br />$2,000,000 Aggregate <br />$1,000,000 combined single limit <br />per occurrence <br />Statutory <br />$1,000,000 per occurrence <br />Sexual Misconduct Liability <br />$1,000,000 per occurrence <br />7.
