This Customer Support constitutes the entire agreement between the parties <br />hereto with respect to the licensing of the Software and supersede all prior letter of intent, <br />arrangements, representations, warranties, statements, promises, information, <br />arrangements and undertakings, whether oral or written, expressed or implied. <br />16.
