2. Use of CPD Grant Funds <br />Table 4 lists the amount of CPD funds that were allocated to the City by HUD for the 2008 -2009 <br />report period. Additionally, the City received $$117,858 in CDBG program income and <br />$320,831 HOME program income was also received during the report period; no program <br />income was generated by HOPWA or ESG funded activities. Table 4 also delineates the amount <br />of HCD funds committed to eligible activities during the report period and the respective <br />amounts of grant funds expended during the report period . 6 <br />Table 5 provides a summary of "Resources" made available during the report period - including <br />non -HUD funds. IDIS is a national accomplishment and financial <br />reporting system that the City must use to report planned /actual accomplishments and the expenditure of federal <br />grant funds.
