GTSI -09 -11453 0.0 <br />Develop and present for adoption various documents for inclusion as regional input to the <br />California Interoperability Field Operations Guide (1 -FOG) <br />Develop an inventory of current agencies using CALSIEC- controlled interoperability <br />channels between 30 - 869 MHz within the SPA, including the status of FCC licenses or <br />applications for these agencies. <br />In concert with task (e.) above, assess the readiness of agencies operating on <br />Interoperability channels between 150 - 512 MHz to migrate to narrowband operations, <br />and develop and present for adoption a transition plan for operations on interoperability <br />frequencies between 150 — 512 MHz to conform to the FCC's mandate for narrowband <br />(12.5 kHZ bandwidth) operations prior to January 1, 2013. <br />Provide Administrative Planning Support to the Los Angeles/Long Beach UASI <br />• Provide at least one full time equivalent position to the Los Angeles/Long Beach UASI to <br />serve as administrative staff and support to the development of the Los Angeles Regional <br />Interoperable Communications System (LA RIGS) Project, including the integration of <br />the Los Angeles Regional Tactical Communications System (LARTACS). <br />• Provide an administrative support person for the Los Angeles /Long Beach Urban Area <br />Security Area to: <br />• Serve as the Point of Contact (POC) for the Los Angeles /Long Beach Urban Area <br />Security Area. <br />• Schedule meetings and meeting locations. <br />• Create and distribute meeting agendas. <br />• Collect and distribute meeting minutes. <br />+ Handle inquiries from the public and jurisdictions and maintain liaison with California <br />Southern Planning Area. <br />• Provide related administrative support functions; creating and maintaining files and <br />documents. <br />+ Provide UASI Tactical Interoperable Communication Plan data collection, collation and <br />distribution, e.g. CASM. <br />Provide Technical Planning Support to the Riverside Urban Area UASI Organization <br />As a newly designated (2008) Urban Area Security Initiative region, the Riverside Urban Area <br />(generally consisting of the "Inland Empire" areas of Riverside and San Bernardino Counties) <br />requires planning and writing assistance in the development of their interoperability governance <br />and Tactical Interoperability Communications Plan. <br />This plan will identify the interoperability resources of the two Operational Areas (Riverside and <br />San Bernardino Counties), as well as the eighteen cities and one Indian reservation that are <br />within the Riverside UASI region. <br />The plan will need to be consistent with the TICP plans of the other Operational Areas within the <br />State and identify both equipment and procedural capabilities and deficiencies. <br />-3- <br />G7Sl Conjldendal and Proprietaq.
