REQUEST FOR <br />COUNCIL ACTION <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING DATE: <br />OCTOBER 5, 2009 <br />TITLE: <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 2009-02 <br />(COUNTY MAP NO. 2009-109) TO SUBDIVIDE <br />AN EXISTING INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY INTO <br />THREE SEPARATE PARCELS AT 1720, 1740, <br />1760 AND 1800 EAST WILSHIRE AVENUE - <br />THE REALTY ASSOCIATES FUND VII <br />k <br />CITY MANAGER <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL USE ONLY: <br />APPROVED <br />^ As Recommended <br />^ As Amended <br />^ Ordinance on 15f Reading <br />^ Ordinance on 2nd Reading <br />^ Implementing Resolution <br />^ Set Public Hearing For_ <br />CONTINUED TO <br />FILE NUMBER <br />Confirm the Zoning Administrator's action approving Tentative Parcel Map <br />No. 2009-02 (County Map No. 2009-109) as conditioned. <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR ACTION <br />On September 16, 2009, the Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution <br />approving Tentative Parcel Map No. 2009-02 (County Map No. 2009-109) as <br />conditioned to subdivide an existing industrial property into three <br />separate parcels at 1720, 1740, 1760 and 1800 East Wilshire in the Light <br />Industrial (M-1) zoning district (Exhibit A) At the request of staff, <br />the Zoning Administrator removed condition number two as the applicant <br />has already submitted revised plans that comply with the Public Works <br />corrections. Additionally, the Zoning Administrator added a condition <br />that at such time when the parking lot is resurfaced the parking stalls <br />shall be restriped to meet current City standards (i.e. double-striped). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />M.
