All American Asphalt Corona <br />BID AMOUNT <br />$3,027,105 <br />$3,116,000 <br />$3,183,866 <br />$3,465,126 <br />A total of four bids were received and all were responsive. The lowest <br />bid was submitted by Excel Paving Company for $3,027,105, which is below <br />the Engineer's estimate of $3,400,000. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />proposed project is exempt from future review. Categorical Exemption <br />Environmental Review No. 2009-11 will be filed for the project. In <br />addition, a Certification of Categorical Exclusion and Statutory <br />Worksheet have been prepared in accordance to the National Environmental <br />Policy Act. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$3,783,800 for the project (Exhibit 2).
