Savings <br />from two vacancies within the Public Works Agency, Maintenance Division <br />will be used to pay for this agreement. <br />An alternative to this recommendation is to simply renew the existing <br />agreement with Graffiti Protective Coatings, Inc. for $200,000 for a <br />twelve month period.
