," <br />11~.~-C,`,rr <br />~ ~ P~ ~~ LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />mYGr,, AND GRISELDA RODRIGUEZ TRUJILLO <br />1. PARTIES <br />N-2009-124 <br />This Lease, dated October 1, 2009, is made and entered by and between the City of Santa <br />Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation ("Landlord") and Griselda Rodriguez Trujillo <br />("Tenant"). <br />2. PREMISES <br />Landlord does hereby lease to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord that certain <br />property located at 1239 Raymar, Santa Ana, California (APN # 010-281-19) (the <br />"Premises"). <br />3. TERM OF LEASE <br />This Lease shall commence on the date stated above and shall continue on a month to month <br />basis. This Lease may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days prior written notice <br />to the other party. <br />4. RENT/SECURITY DEPOSIT <br />Tenant shall pay to Landlord monthly compensation in the amount of One Thousand Two <br />Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00) per month ("Rent") for use of the Premises. Rent <br />payments will be payable the 1St of every month until further notice in writing, payable to <br />"The City of Santa Ana" and remitted to the address listed below in Section 15 - <br />"Notices". Please note a late fee of $25.00 will be charged if the rent is not received within 5 <br />days after the 1St of the month. All payments requiring prorating shall be prorated on the <br />basis of a 30-day month. <br />Upon the execution of this Agreement, Tenant shall deposit with Landlord the sum of One <br />Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00) as a Security Deposit for any damage caused to <br />the Premises during the term hereof. Such Deposit shall be returned to Tenant within 30 days, <br />without interest, and less any set off for damages to the Premises upon the termination of this <br />Agreement. <br />5. USE <br />Tenant shall use the Premises for residential purposes, and shall not use or permit the <br />Premises to be used for any other purpose without the prior written consent of Landlord. <br />Further, Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises to <br />cause, maintain or permit any nuisance in, on, or about the Premises. Nor shall Tenant use or <br />allow the Premises to be used for any improper, immoral, unlawful, or objectionable <br />purpose. <br />
