All other clearance <br />documentation or requests can also be forwarded to the Facility Security Office. <br />Please be advised that only a GTSI Contract Manager has the authority to negotiate <br />changes to price, performance, deliverables, schedules, specifications, or terms outlined <br />in this proposal.
