1.13.3. Equipment rack cable management systems: CPI (Chatsworth Products, <br />Inc.). <br />1.13.4. Open-top, ceiling-distribution, cable-support hardware: manufacturer / <br />supplier of choice. <br />1.13.5. Cable tray: manufacturer /supplier of choice. <br />1.13.6. Fire stop caulking compound: 3M, Tremco, Manville, or equal. <br />2. EXECUTION <br />2.1. SITE CONDITIONS <br />2.1.1. Examine any available drawings and specifications, survey the existing <br />conditions, and include all necessary allowances in the bid proposal. <br />2.1.2. Resolve all conflicts with code requirements and site conditions. <br />2.1.3. Verify the locations of all existing utilities prior to installation and protect <br />them from damage. <br />2.1.4. Pay all costs incurred due to damage of existing utilities or other facilities. <br />2.2. LOCATIONS <br />2.2.1. Verify all drawings and other informational document information against <br />field conditions. <br />2.2.2. When changes in indicated locations or arrangements are necessary due <br />to existing conditions, make such changes at no cost to the City. Provided <br />that change is ordered before installation, that the length of cable runs are <br />not revised by more than ten percent, and change does not require <br />additional cable runs, cable termination hardware, cable management <br />hardware, or racking hardware. <br />2.2.3. Bring discrepancies between different drawings, between drawings and <br />actual field conditions, or between drawings and specifications, promptly to <br />the attention of the Telecommunications Coordinator for decision, and stop <br />pertinent work subject to resolution of the conflict. <br />2.3.
