Santa Ana Fixed Guideway — Harbor Boulevard to SARTC <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />TASK 1.0 ADMINISTRATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br />Cathy Higley will serve as Project Manager with responsibility to manage and oversee all <br />technical and administrative aspects of the project to ensure that they are performed in a <br />professional manner to the satisfaction of the City of Santa Ana, and are completed within the <br />agreed to schedule and budget. She will also be responsible for the management of <br />subconsultant team members. As Consultant Team Project Manager, Cathy will report the <br />status of the project budget, work effort, progress and schedule to the City of Santa Ana's <br />Project Manager on an as needed basis. Dave Levinsohn of URS will serve as Deputy Project <br />Manager, supporting Cathy with technical oversight and coordination. <br />Task 1.1 General Project Management <br />Cordoba will develop as part of the PIP, a Work Plan for the management system of the Santa <br />Ana Guideway project, including a plan to manage this scope of work and a system for project <br />controls. The system for project controls will include necessary procedures for conducting the <br />work and managing the resources, communications, budget and schedule controls and <br />monitoring, reporting project status and progress, document control, quality assurance/quality <br />control and administration. Cathy Higley, as the Cordoba Team Project Manager is responsible <br />for reacting to indications made by the various management information system reports, as <br />needed, to correct or adjust project activities which are diverting from adopted scope, schedule <br />or quality and to bring them to the attention of the City of Santa Ana's Project Manager. <br />Deliverable(s) - Approved Work Plan: AA/EIR/EIS/CE Management System- Presentations to <br />City Council and OCTA Board/Transit/2020 Committees <br />Task 1.2 Project Schedule & Tracking System <br />Cordoba will develop, maintain and manage a Target Schedule. The Study Schedule submitted <br />with the proposal (a critical path bar chart for all tasks and sub tasks) will be reviewed and <br />refined as a part of contract negotiations and resubmitted to the City of Santa Ana for review 14 <br />days after Notice to Proceed (NTP). After the schedule has received approval by the City of <br />Santa Ana Project Manager, it will be incorporated as part of the PIP as the Target Schedule. <br />The approved schedule, as part of PIP, shall be transmitted to the City of Santa Ana Project <br />Manager within 30 days after NTP. The Target Schedule will be accessible in a Computerized <br />Project Folder as described in Task 1.7. This schedule will then be updated on a monthly basis <br />to correspond with the Progress Meetings and with the submission of the Monthly Progress <br />Report. The schedule will be managed using Microsoft Project software and coordinated to <br />incorporate the Public Outreach Consultant Schedule. <br />Deliverable(s) - Master schedule with bi-weekly updates and status tracking <br />11age <br />
