for each discipline. The QA/QC Plan will be submitted to the City within 30 days from Notice to <br />Proceed and will be incorporated into the overall PIP. The QA/QC plan will define clear roles <br />and responsibilities. As Project Manager, Cathy Higley will be responsible for overall <br />management of the project, and will define the project objectives, scope, schedule and budget, <br />and then control these elements to deliver a quality project. Each subconsultant will designate a <br />Project Lead who will be responsible for the successful delivery of their assigned work effort. <br />This will include management of all their activities, schedule and budget performance. All <br />personnel assigned to the project will be furnished with a copy of the PIP and the incorporated <br />QA/QC plan. All pertinent questions concerning the QA/QC Plan will be brought to the attention <br />of the QA/QC Manager, Angel Alvarez, P.E. for discussion and resolution. Angel will initiate the <br />program and provide independent continuous QA audits and reviews to verify project <br />compliance with contract documents and established procedures. A schedule of audits and <br />reviews will be established based on the anticipated activities and the amount of involvement of <br />each firm. Reviews will normally be utilized to ensure conformity with the QA/QC Plan. Follow <br />up reviews will be used to confirm correction of deficiencies. If needed the schedule of audits <br />and reviews will be amended to conform to revised project needs or the extent of deficiencies <br />found during initial audits. <br />Deliverable(s) - QA/QC approach as part of the Consultant's PIP as approved by the City of <br />Santa Ana <br />Task 1.9 Management of Deliverables Copying and Printing <br />Cordoba will deliver to the City of Santa Ana a complete copy (in electronic and/or hard copy <br />format) of every identified deliverable. Cordoba will be responsible for printing milestone <br />documents for public distribution as authorized by the City of Santa Ana. The milestone <br />documents may include and not be limited to color documents, 8.5"x11" reports, 11"x17" <br />exhibits, and other printable graphic exhibits prepared for public distribution. The Cordoba team <br />will be responsible for the QA/QC of these printed milestone documents, in terms of accuracy, <br />print quality and quantity. <br />Deliverable(s) — Complete copy of all project documents; camera-ready copies of color maps <br />and exhibits <br />TASK 2.0 PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT PROGRAM <br />The Public Involvement Program described in the Scope of Work included in the Request for <br />Proposal will be performed under a separate contract by a Public Outreach Consultant to be <br />selected by the City of Santa Ana. The Cordoba team will coordinate with the City's selected <br />Consultant, and provide graphic and technical support for the Public Involvement Program in <br />order that the analytical methods, evaluation criteria and technical findings of the study are <br />presented to the community in ways that can be clearly understood by the general public. <br />Task 2.1 Stakeholder Advisory Committee <br />The Cordoba team will participate the six Stakeholder Advisory meetings with a maximum of 3 <br />staff in attendance at each meeting. <br />Deliverable(s) - Attendance at six (6) SAC meetings <br />41 P a g <br />
