<br />Agreement #W7 -GJC-1 0 <br />City of Santa Ana <br /> <br />1 including all taxes, shipping, handling and installation costs shali be considered Equipment. Title to ali <br />2 items of Equipment purchased vests and wili remain in COUNTY as such shali be designated by <br />3 CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR. The use of such items of Equipment is limited to the performance of this <br />4 Agreement. Upon the termination of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shali immediately return any items of <br /> <br />5 Equipment to COUNTY or its representatives, or dispose of them in accordance with the directions of <br /> <br />6 CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR. <br /> <br />7 CONTRACTOR further agrees to the foliowing: <br /> <br />8 (a) To maintain ali items of Equiprnent in good working order and condition, except for normal <br /> <br />9 wear and tear. <br /> <br />10 (b) To label ali items of Equipment, do periodic inventories as required by CONTRACT <br /> <br />11 ADMINISTRATOR and to maintain an inventory list showing where and how the Equipment is being used, <br /> <br />12 in accordance with procedures developed by CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR. All such lists shali be <br /> <br />13 submitted to CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR within ten (10) days of the request therefore. Inventory lists <br /> <br />14 must be maintained for four (4) years after final disposition of property. <br /> <br />15 (c) To report in writing to CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR immediately after discovery, the loss or <br /> <br />16 theft of any items of Equipment. For stolen items, the local law enforcement agency must be contacted <br /> <br />17 and a copy of the police report submitted to CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR. <br /> <br />18 (d) To purchase a policy or policies of insurance covering loss or damage to any and all <br /> <br />19 Equipment purchased under this Agreement, in the amount of the fuli replacement value thereof, providing <br /> <br />20 protection against the classification of fire, extended coverage, vandalism, malicious mischief and special <br /> <br />21 extended perils (all risks) covering the parties' interests as they appear. <br /> <br />22 (e) The purchase of any Equipment by CONTRACTOR shali be requested by CONTRACTOR in <br /> <br />23 writing, shall require the prior written approval of CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR, and shali fulfill the <br />24 provisions of this Agreement which are appropriate and directly related to CONTRACTOR's service or <br />25 activity under the terms of this Agreement.
