The minimum aggregate limit for the Commercial General Liability policy shall be <br /> <br />7 $2,000,000. <br /> <br />8 (h) The County of Orange, Orange County Workforce Investment Board, and State of California <br /> <br />9 shall be added as additional insureds on all insurance policies required by this Agreement with respect to <br /> <br />10 the services provided by CONTRACTOR under the terms of this Agreement (except Workers' <br /> <br />11 Compensation/Employers' Liability). An additional insured endorsement evidencing that the County of <br /> <br />12 Orange is an additional insured shall accompany the Certificate of Insurance. <br /> <br />13 (i) All insurance policies required by this Agreement shall be primary insurance, and any insurance <br /> <br />14 maintained by the County of Orange shall be excess and non-contributing with insurance provided by <br /> <br />15 these policies. An endorsement evidencing that CONTRACTOR's insurance is primary and non- <br /> <br />16 contributing shall specifically accompany the Certificate of Insurance for the Commercial General Liability <br /> <br />17 and Sexual Misconduct Insurance. <br /> <br />18 0} All insurance policies required by this Agreement shall give the County of Orange 30 days notice <br /> <br />19 in the event of cancellation. This shall be evidenced by an endorsement separate from the Certificate of <br /> <br />20 Insurance. In addition, the cancellation clause must include language as follows, which edits the pre- <br /> <br />21 printed ACORD certificate: <br /> <br />22 SHOULD ANY OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED POLICIES BE CANCELLED BEFORE THE <br /> <br />23 EXPIRATION DATE THEREOF, THE ISSUING COMPANY WILL MAIL 30 DAYS WRITTEN <br />24 NOTICE TO THE CERTIFICATE HOLDER NAMED TO THE LEFT. <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />26 <br /> <br />WIA Cost Reimbursement Agreement - Green Jobs Corps <br /> <br />26 <br />
