For information and services accessed electronically, CONTRACTOR shall establish a procedure which assures that the notice requirements of Title 29 CFR Part 37 are met. [29 CFR Part 37; WSD07-06)] 3. Distributed publications, broadcasts, and other communications, which promote WIA programs or activities, must include the following tagline: 'This WIA Title I financially assisted program or activity is an equal opportunity employer/program. CONTRACTOR must provide reasonable accommodations to participants in need of special assistance to attend meetings, workshops, seminars, job fairs, etc. sponsored by or offered by the CONTRACTOR. The CONTRACTOR agrees to meet or exceed required federal, state and local standards. measurements and outcomes included in this Agreement.
