California Edison under the auspices of the California Public <br /> Utilities Commission." <br /> 6.2.5. The City shall obtain the approval of SCE prior to conducting any <br /> Program public outreach activities (exhibits, displays, public <br /> presentations, canvassing, etc.) and any marketing materials used in <br /> connection with such outreach activity shall comply with the <br /> requirements of Section 6.2.4. <br /> 6.2.6. The City shall submit to SCE, upon its request, all contracts, <br /> agreements or other requested documents with the City's <br /> Contractors (including subcontractors) performing Authorized Work <br /> in connection with the Program. <br /> <br /> 6.3. Obligations of SCE. <br /> 6.3.1. SCE will appoint a Partnership representative ("SCE Energy <br /> Efficiency Representative") who will be the primary contact between <br /> SCE and the City, and who will be authorized to act on behalf of SCE <br /> in carrying out SCE's obligations under this Agreement. Such <br /> appointment shall be communicated in writing to the City within 10 <br /> Business Days following execution of this Agreement. <br /> 6.3.2. SCE will oversee the activities and implementation of the Program, <br /> in accordance with this Agreement. <br /> 6.3.3. SCE will be actively involved in all aspects of the Program. SCE will <br /> use its best efforts to add value to the Program by (a) dedicating <br /> human resources necessary to assist the City in implementing the <br /> Program successfully and providing and maintaining an SCE !i <br /> presence in the City, (b) providing support for the Program's <br /> marketing and outreach activities, and (c) working to enhance <br /> communications with the City to address consumer needs and <br /> provide SCE information and services. <br /> 6.3.4. SCE shall provide, at no cost to the City, informational and <br /> educational materials on SCE's statewide and local energy efficiency <br /> core programs. <br /> 6.3.5. SCE shall work with the City as requested to help identify cost- <br /> effective energy efficient projects in the City's qualifying municipal <br /> facilities within SCE's service territory. <br /> 6.3.6. SCE shall administer the PGC funds authorized by the Commission <br /> for the Program in accordance with this Agreement, and SCE shall <br /> reimburse the City for Program Expenditures in accordance with <br /> Section 10 below. <br /> ENERGY LEADER PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM AGREEMENT 7 <br /> 25G-9 <br /> <br />
