5.3.4. Is on formal probation or parole for any offense outlined in this Section <br /> 5.3; <br /> 5.3.5. Is convicted (or pleads guilty or nolo contendere) in any state for any of <br /> the following: murder; robbery; pandering; pimping; crimes related to the <br /> sale or transportation of controlled substances, including marijuana; <br /> crimes involving the use of a weapon; or any other offense involving moral <br /> turpitude or any crime that is substantially related to the qualifications, <br /> functions or responsibilities of a Taxicab owner; <br /> 5.3.6. Is convicted (or pleads guilty or nolo contendere) in any state for a felony <br /> other than those listed in the previous section within eight (8) years of the <br /> application; or <br /> 5.3.7. Has any conviction within five (5) years of application (or plea of guilty or <br /> nolo contendere) in any state or has any final administrative determination <br /> of a violation of any statute, ordinance, or regulation reasonably and <br /> rationally pertaining to the same or similar business operation which would <br /> have resulted in suspension or revocation of the Company Permit under <br /> these regulations. <br /> 5.3.8. Operation of its business without the insurance required in Section 5.2.3. <br /> 5.3.9 Is held liable under any judgment, decision or determination by any public <br /> or regulatory agency for operating Taxicabs without the requisite <br /> insurance after the adoption of these regulations. <br /> 5.3.10 Is subject to any unsatisfied court judgment arising from liability for <br /> operating Taxicabs, including, but not limited to, collisions or operating <br /> without the requisite insurance, within 15 years of submitting the <br /> application. <br /> 5.3.11. Failure to provide required evidence of service standard compliance <br /> pursuant to Section 5.2.10. <br /> 5.4. Company Drivers. <br /> 5.4.1. At the time the Company Permit application is submitted, the applicant <br /> shall provide to OCTAP a list of Drivers authorized to operate the <br /> Taxicabs identified in the Company Permit. <br /> 5.4.2.
